For August 2024, prices for Toronto and Cobourg were again close to flat as they have been for a while. (Cobourg was up a bit). The average price in the GTA was $1,074,425 and the average price in Cobourg was $714,185. Cobourg has 135 active listings - there were 67 new listings in August with 35 Sales (up from 32). The average days on the market was 36 - up from 34. Ratio of sell to ask price was steady at 99%.
