Prices for GTA peaked at $1.3M in January 2022 then dropped to $1.1M in July 2022 and have trended lower since then. (Check the graph!)
Cobourg prices peaked at $1.1M in January 2022 but have continually dropped since then - albeit with more volatility due to the smaller market - see graph. Sales for Cobourg in March 2026 were 67% detached homes compared to 72% in February. More Condos were sold (6 vs 2 in Feb) at an average price of $452,167 thus bringing the average down.
