There are two groups of roads with winter parking limitations - November 1 to March 31:
- Streets with no winter parking overnight (2:00 am to 7:00 am)
- Streets with no winter parking anytime.
No parking overnight in Winter
The basic limitation is no parking overnight on collector and arterial roads per this map.

No parking anytime in Winter
No Parking at all times between November 1 to March 31 for Winter Maintenance on the following cul-de-sacs and wide corners:

Note: Parking is not prohibited on the full street of a cul-de-sac, only on the wide corners and turning circles as illustrated on the Map below. Wide corners and turning circles are designed for the purpose of allowing for the large turning movements of snow plows and emergency vehicles and which must remain clear of parked vehicles to ensure adequate snow removal for emergency services access.
